Acceptable use
SafeNXG is for consenting members of a circle to share location and safety information with one another. Do not use SafeNXG to track anyone without their knowledge and consent.
Safety features are not emergency services
SafeNXG's SOS and crash detection notify your circle and your listed emergency contacts. They do not contact emergency services (such as 911) and are not a substitute for calling them. In a real emergency, contact your local emergency number directly.
Availability
SafeNXG depends on your device, network and location permissions. We cannot guarantee that a location update or alert will always be delivered on time.
Subscriptions
Paid tiers renew until cancelled and are billed through the platform you subscribed on.
